purchases anywhere VISA is accepted.
You can use any ATM displaying the NYCE, CIRRUS, CARTEL, or VISA logo anywhere in the United States or around the world. In addition, you can use the card to make purchases at any merchant accepting VISA and the amount of your purchase is deducted directly from your checking account. There’s no need to carry cash or wait for a check to be approved.

If you ever find yourself in a situation where you have lost or misplaced your card you can do one of the following:
During Regular Business Hours - Contact the Bank immediately by calling us at 1.800.442.1028 or 315.797.2761During Non-Business Hours - Call 1.800.528.2273 and use the menus provided to report your card Lost or Stolen.
