Web TV Users, will experience problems when they try to open the PDF file, that we have provided. Thus, in a effort to provide our customers who are using Web TV to browse the web, we have created this page which will outline the steps to get started. 1) From the Internet Banking log on page, left click on the button labeled First Time User.2) Beginning with the First Name Field, please enter your First Name.3) Now enter your Last Name in the Last Name Field.4) Continue to fill in the Required Fields, as indicated by an asterisk, as well as any other optional fields. Your Mother's Maiden Name is required, however, it is only used for verification in the event we need to assist you in getting logged on to Internet Banking.5) Once you reach the Account Number Field, enter the Account Number you would like the system to authenticate you by. Then select the Account Type that goes with the account number that you entered. NOTE: Now, Super Now, and Money Market Accounts, will use the Checking Account Type.6) Please provide a Security Question, and Security Answer in the next fields. This question will be asked to you in the event that you place a call for support. We suggest you select a question that will be simple enough to remember the answer to, and yet difficult enough to protect yourself from unwanted inquiries or changes to your account/record. Some suggestions might include:a) What City Was I Born In? b) What Was My First Car? c) What is My Favorite Pastime? 7) Now you are required to enter your Around the Clock Banking Password. This Password is the one that would be used if you were to call in on the Around the Clock Banking System. If you have never used the Around the Clock Banking System or have forgotten your password, please call the Checking Department at 315.797.2761 8) At this point all that is left to do is click Submit. After you have done this, a new screen will be displayed and you will be required to create a user account. This will be called your Access ID. The Access ID can be anything you would like, but must be between 6 and 19 characters. One thing to remember is that all of our Access ID's are unique, so first come first serve. 9) After entering the desired Access ID, you must enter a Password, keep this password in a safe place. The password must be between 4 and 17 characters long, and it is case sensitive. If you forget your password, you will have to call the checking department at the number above, and an associate will be able to reset your account. 10)
