This newest security allows you, the customer, to assign a specific image (after initial enrollment) to your Internet Banking Logon. This image coupled with a pass phrase that you also assign during enrollment provides a unique way of identifying you as a customer. The technology uses machine forensics to determine if you are accessing your account from a pre-registered computer; this same technology helps the Bank to identify you as well as you identifying the Bank. A missing image, means you are not connected to our site, DO NOT enter a password (call the Bank immediately 800.442.1028). Of course you can also enroll additional computers such as ones from work, simply by answering a preset security question you setup during the enrollment process. We suggest that you do not enroll a public computer such as one at a hotel or a WiFi (Hotspot). To get started, you will need the enrollment instructions, we hope you find the process to be easy. An electronic format of the instructions in Adobe Reader format can be accessed here ( Enhanced Online Security Instructions).
