Stay on Top of Your Accounts with Online and Mobile Alerts
Alerts can help protect you against the increasing rate of fraud. You can receive text or email notifications to your device, to keep you up-to-date in real time with your Bank of Utica account. Alerts are customizable and can keep you informed of just about everything that happens with your account. Alert enrollment is free with Online Banking.
Some examples of the alerts you can set up include:
- Notification of Deposits
- Balance falls below a specified amount
- ATM withdrawals or purchases using your QuickDraw® Visa Debit Card
- Personal information changes or invalid login attempts
- Loan due dates and more
Just log in to Online Banking, select Alerts in the top right-hand corner of the screen. Pick an account category (checking, savings, etc.) then Setup New Alert. Just choose your alert type and click finish. It's that easy!
